TESTIMONIALS

My whole life people have called me autistic in a derogatory way and I didn't think that there was anything to do about it, that it was just a name to be called. Since meeting with Leigh Ann, I've learned that it's something to be proud of and you can embrace it. It's a whole new side of me, so many things to learn about myself that I didn't know. She's helped me feel proud of being autistic.

Leigh Ann knows a lot about autism to help people. She's like an encyclopedia and has an answer for everything autistic. When I'm talking with her about my daily life, she picks out things relating to autism in my struggles. It's made me feel less ashamed of myself because I see that those are autistic traits. And she always has a solution for how to manage that in a neurotypical world.

I wasn't sure what to expect from coaching but I knew I could use some help defining my goals during a difficult time in my life. Leigh Ann took her knowledge and lived experience with so many aspects of autism and applied it to my situation in ways I hadn't been able to see myself.

Over our sessions we went over a lot of different goals I had and assessed which ones were important to me and matched my values. Rather than making me choose between so many different goals she helped me understand how they relate to each other and how those patterns and connections showed me which ones were important or even fulfilled each other.

She kept her program structured in a way that I always knew what work was expected of me when and it kept me organized and on task. This allowed me to tie together sessions and follow up work from them. Then, we produced an end product that I will be able to refer to whenever I need it to make a decision or need direction. I love that it can apply to both small unimportant choices AND huge life changing ones!

I'm glad I explored something new with someone so informed and intuitive and I'm already using what I learned to refine those goals even further and move towards them more effectively.
